Tricolor over Pilsen. Liberation Festival will offer skydiving and flyovers by historic aircraft
The program of the first day of the Liberation Festival will be enriched by an attractive spectacle in the Pilsen sky. In the early evening, visitors to the park behind the Plaza can look forward to a combination of parachuting art and demonstrations of historical aviation technology. The entire program will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a group jump of twelve members of the Bory Aeroclub. Nine men and three women will descend into a designated area in three series of four parachutists. The symbolism of the celebration will be underlined by their parachutes, which will be in the colors of the Czech tricolor. This spectacle will be followed smoothly at 7 p.m. by flights of military historical aircraft, which will commemorate the technology associated with the period of liberation.
