The atmosphere of the Liberation Festival will be highlighted by rich gastronomy and the fourth batch of Veterán beer.

The extraordinary atmosphere of the Liberation Festival will be supported by a rich gastronomic offer. This year, the celebrations of the liberation by the American army will also be enriched by a special batch of Veterán beer, which is an unfiltered 10° special Indian Pale Lager from the experimental brewery Elektrárna. This unique drink was created for the fourth time as part of international cooperation with the American brewery Three Taverns from Atlanta under the leadership of brewers Lenka Straková and Neal Engleman. The beer is brewed from a limited hop mixture Veteran Blend and part of its sales goes to support war veterans. It will be available at the stands behind the OC Plzeň Plaza from Friday, May 1. The ceremonial tapping of the keg and tasting will take place in the park there on Saturday, May 2 at 5 p.m.

The CrossCafe chain will offer coffee and refreshments in its nine Pilsen cafes, as well as in special stands in the U Branky area and in the park behind the OC Plaza.

The offer will be complemented by the popular Farmer's Markets. During the weekend, a catering tent will be available in Šafaříkovy sady under the direction of the Na Spilce restaurant, while other gastronomic zones will be prepared at U Zvonu and behind the Plzeň Plaza shopping center.
