The liberator of Pilsen, Mark Steece, passed away

It is with great sadness that we received the news that Mark Steece, one of the last surviving liberators of the city of Pilsen from the 16th Armored Division, has passed away at the age of 102.

Marc was born on March 29, 1924, and served with the 23rd Cavalry Troop B. He was the current president of the 16th Armored Division Association.
