Dr. Hall Duncan, World War II veteran, was made an „Honorary Frontier Falcon“ during the elementary school’s Veterans Day ceremony. He served in the 101st Infantry Regiment of Gen. George Patton’s Third Army. He was shot by a sniper in Nov. 1944 as he carried a wounded American soldier to safety. He has received eight medals including the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
